Find the right system for you

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to refrigeration systems.
That’s why we have a range of different options for you. Some companies specialise in one refrigerant, but we can give you a broad spectrum of choice so that you get exactly what you want, and what’s best for your business.

The right system for you is based on a number of external factors. We’ll help you think through:
Your budget
The running costs
Longevity of the system
Current and future standards
How it fits with your business strategy
Your in-house capabilities to repair and maintain it
Once we’ve identified your requirements, we can suggest products for you, and calculate the costs and energy savings.

The design process

We give you transparency so you can achieve your business goals
During the design process, we’ll try to find a way to maximise your refrigeration capacity with the minimum amount of absorbed power. That way, we give you the most efficient operating costs.
Step 1: Define your goals
We get to the heart of what you’re really trying to achieve with your refrigeration system. We’ll ask you questions like:
What temperatures do you need and for how long?
How quickly do you need the products to be brought down to optimum temperature?
How much foot traffic comes through the room?
What are your expectations of the system?
What’s the business strategy? Do you want to build up the business and sell it in 5 years? Or will you be operating this business for another 30 years?
Do you want a cheaper system to install, or a lower cost of ownership which has greater longevity?
Once we understand your priorities, we can choose the right products and system to meet your goals.
Step 2: Survey your premises
Next we survey your premises. We measure the space, check your tolerances, and get to grips with temperature requirements you need in which areas.
Step 3: Prepare designs
We design the system that we think fits your objectives.

Usually we don’t just give you one design though. We’ll prepare designs that equate to different prices, or use differing amount of energy, or produce various levels of return on investment.

Step 4: Discuss designs with you
We discuss the options with you and explain why we’ve chosen certain products and how we’ve managed energy efficiency against return on investment.

We’re transparent about the options. We explain where you could use cheaper equipment, and we’ll calculate what that means for your energy costs. We base our calculations on the seasonal running costs, not simply the design running costs.
Step 5: You choose
You have all the information at your fingertips and you choose which design you want.

The installation process

Flexible, quick, efficient
We work flexibly during the installation process, so that we can work around your production schedules. We work evenings and weekends if that suits you best.

It’s usually an efficient process from choosing the design to installation. We have direct accounts with key wholesalers so that we get the best lead times on equipment.

You’ll have your new system installed without delays or business interruption.

Our follow-up service

Keep your system efficient and effective
Once the system is commissioned, we provide you with comprehensive manuals for its operation.
You can also opt for regular service and maintenance from us, to keep it in efficient condition.
